31 weeks today...9 weeks till he comes! Give or take...he already has a mind of his own as I can tell quite plainly. So who knows what he'll decide!
Did some straightening today. I moved my reading pile into one spot as it was spread about the house. I also realized I had some paperwork I needed to take care of as it got forgotten last week with us being sick so I was glad I found it.
It's clean! Ready for 4 small relatives to come tomorrow for lunch and hanging out.
John did a small Aldi's run on the way home from work and got some things that were marked down, including apple fritters! They are so good! They were a happy surprise. Our normal shopping cycle got thrown off with us being sick so we were running low on a few things. Like bagels. Yet I had enough cream cheese...in fact I think I have a full brick of cream cheese! Why don't they line up so you have to buy them simultaneously? So confusing....
I pulled out some games we got for Christmas and we played a couple; "Fitz It" and "Yacht". We never played "Yacht" before but it's basically Yahtzee. "Fitz It" is fun and you can play with 2+ players. Pretty much if you have 20 people, just divide up into 4 teams and you can play it, etc.
Burnout is a concern of ours, so John laid down for a bit this evening and I did the same in the living room recliner. And now I'm headed toward bed as I'd like to stay healthy for the weekend. So far, so good. Looking forward to the warmth again tomorrow!
