My day started off with the best April Fool's joke, snow!! Actually, I was happy to see such a pretty snowfall, so I wasn't mad in the slightest.
Eddie and I went to do laundry while John was at work. We perused my magazine stash for a while.
My MIL's cat, Fluffy, really wanted to have my lunch. Hence, the glare.
And then when John was done with work, we watched "The Empire Strikes Back". It was the first time for me!
After laundry, we went grocery shopping. Hurray! We were running low on some basics and hadn't gone for the week yet. I also remembered to grab the toy bin from the car so I could tackle my next project tomorrow: sorting toys! We also now have everything ready for setting up in our room for Eddie; bed, chair, etc. So once John is back up to snuff, we shall do that!
He was sick yesterday, and I had a nasty headache in the evening. Thankfully, I think he is on the mend, and my headache went away with a nap last night. Yay, for fresh fruits! Ohhh, they make me so happy!
We couldn't resist this little ducky when we were at Aldi's. So he is currently chillin' in Eddie's bassinet until we move it into our room!
I silently bid adieu to Google+ this evening. I would've posted something, but it seemed silly since it'll be going down in a few hours. The cover photo was taken at a random park in Pennsylvania. It would be fun to actually find it again!
FINALLY! I was so patient! I've desperately wanted Lucky Charms for the past week! But since it's just the two of us, I wanted to make sure we used up our other cereal first. Technically they're Aldi's brand but they taste identical! And I'm happy! Heading to bed now, I wonder what tomorrow's adventures hold....
