He's continually proving me wrong. Close to teeth, but not yet. Close to walking, but not yet. All of which I was sure he'd have at this point. He's getting into as much mischief as he can but is happily distracted by toys. It's not completely intentional yet, mostly curiosity with the occasional burst of trouble. He still refuses to say "da da" but can roll his tongue to make a variety of noises. How in the world is he so big so quick? This year is flying and his first birthday will be here before you know it!

I got a couple where he wasn't crying, but honestly it's kinda funny. He had his 6m checkup today, and of course he turns 7m today but close enough. He is 16lbs 7oz and 28in long. 95th% for weight and 86th% for height! He's so big!!❤

All in all, this kiddo is growing up too fast!❤

Eddie has been learning how to pull himself up on furniture to stand. He also crawls allllllll over the house so we are doing some finishing touches on baby proofing everything. He loves table food so we've been trying out some new foods recently. He is a very determined soul and will stop at nothing to do what he sets out to do. Happy Half-Birthday Bubs!

Today he decided he wants to learn to crawl. Ahh time slow down!! He also started oatmeal and some veggies this month. And he definitely is laughing more! I love watching him explore and change and ahh I love this kiddo!!❤

My little Eddie is 4 months over! Oh my word! Time is flying right now. He wants to roll everywhere but can't figure out the best way to go about that. Yesterday we caught his first real laughs on camera!

He is so curious about the world. I love sharing all these firsts with him!

A Year Ago Today

A year ago today, we found out that we were expecting! Honestly, I can't believe it's already been a year. This little guy is wonderful and honestly feels like he's been a part of our little family since...forever. I can't imagine life without him. I see him change and grow in new ways everyday. This past week or so, he's really found his voice. I am so proud to be his mama, and I can't wait to see where God takes us this next year!
